Storm has been based in Baku since 2010 and also works remotely with clients outside Azerbaijan. If you describe your project briefly in the form (which service, rough timeframe), we can give you a more precise answer.
Filling out the form or having an initial conversation creates no obligation — work only begins after a signed service agreement. Website projects usually take 10–30 days, and the exact time depends on the structure and number of pages. For social media and optimization work, the first measurable result usually appears after 3–6 months — these figures are refined for your project at the initial meeting.

How does the process continue after the first meeting?
The first meeting or exchange creates no obligation; its purpose is to understand the scale of the project. After the meeting a written brief is prepared: which lines are needed, in what order they will go, and the approximate timeline and price. When the brief is agreed a service contract is signed, and work starts only after that.
Timelines differ by line: a website project takes 10–30 days; in social media and optimisation the first measurable result usually appears after 3–6 months. In both cases the indicators to be measured and the reporting interval are written in the brief.
Work with clients outside Azerbaijan is done remotely — meetings by video call, materials through a shared folder. If you write a short description of the project in the form (which service, approximate time frame), the first reply is more precise and the brief stage is shorter.
