A large clinic, an easy-to-navigate structure

UDM is a multidisciplinary clinic. Its invasive cardiology, interventional radiology, arrhythmology, vascular surgery, gastroenterology, and intensive care departments operate in the same centre.

With this type of structure, the website's main challenge is the volume of content. Patients do not visit to find out how large the clinic is—they come to find the department, condition, or check-up package they need. That is why the work began with the structure.

What we did

The department and condition were separated

Clinical departments, conditions, check-up packages, and patient information were divided into separate sections. Each has its own entry point.

Search and filters for conditions

The diseases section has a name search field and a category filter: heart, vascular, rhythm, neurovascular, digestive system and oncology. The page does not become cumbersome as the list grows.

Check-up packages with a clear list

The tests and examinations included in each package are listed item by item — separately for cardiology, arrhythmology, and vascular check-ups.

Fixed bar at the bottom of the mobile screen

Menu, search, call, WhatsApp, and appointment — five buttons are always within reach. The ways to contact the clinic do not depend on where you are on the page.

Three languages

Azerbaijani, English and Russian.

Brand identity

Logo and print set: A4 letterhead, business card, A4+ folder and disc cover. All four are based on the same logo and work together in the clinic's document workflow.

Measured result

CSS size: 438.8 KB → 144.4 KB (−67%) — Bootstrap purge + minify
Structured data: 1 type → 4–5 types per page type, across 250 pages

Frequently asked questions

How are departments separated on a multi-speciality clinic site?

At UDM, department, condition and check-up package are three separate catalogues, each with its own entry point. A patient can reach the same information from the cardiology department, from a condition name, or from a check-up package — none of them is buried inside another.

Does the page get heavier as the list of conditions grows?

The conditions section has a search field and a category filter: heart, vascular, rhythm, neurovascular, digestive, oncology. The list is not loaded whole but narrowed by selection: the visitor filters down what is displayed.

Is brand identity produced together with the website?

At UDM, yes: logo, A4 letterhead, business card, A4+ folder and disc sleeve were produced as part of the same visual system as the site. It can also be ordered separately — with or without a website.
