This page explains how storm.az handles information. No general statements — it describes what the website actually does.
Who is responsible
The data controller is STORM PROMO AGENCY LLC (TIN 8502891421). Contact: contact [at] storm.az.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
The site uses limited analytics with Google Analytics 4: general measurements are collected, such as which pages were viewed, phone/WhatsApp clicks and contact form submissions. The IP address is anonymised (anonymize_ip) and is not used for advertising or remarketing.
For visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom the analytics cookie is OFF BY DEFAULT under Google Consent Mode v2 — no cookie is written at all. In other regions, Azerbaijan included, the default is on. More: Cookie policy.
No advertising pixel, remarketing tracker or social network tracker is installed.
Fonts are served from our own server — so when you open the page, your browser does not send requests to third-party servers.
Contact form
The form on the contact page has fields for a name, email address and message. When the form is submitted, no information is sent to the server: your browser opens your email application and inserts what you have written into a ready-to-send email.
In other words, the information reaches us only after you press the "send" button in your email application — just like a regular email. No third-party service is involved.
You can also contact us directly by phone or email; the form is not mandatory.
How long enquiries are stored
Enquiries we receive are stored in our email inbox. If no collaboration begins, the enquiry is deleted after 12 months. If a collaboration begins, the correspondence is retained together with the contract documents for the period legally required for accounting purposes.
CVs and job applications are received at career [at] storm.az and stored under the same rules.
Hosting
The website is served through the Cloudflare network. For technical reasons such as security and speed, Cloudflare may process information such as an IP address in server logs. This is not analytics that we have installed.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete the information you have sent us. Write to contact [at] storm.az — we will delete your request and correspondence.
Changes
If a new technical component such as form processing or spam protection is installed on the site, this page will be updated at the same time as that change. The date at the foot of the page shows the last update.
