The shoot:
how does it work?

A good frame is no accident. Before any photo or video shoot we decide what we are shooting and why — only then do we pick up the camera.

Which files are delivered after the shoot, and in what formats?

The result of a shoot is a set of files prepared separately for each platform. For photography, the selected and colour-corrected frames are delivered in a horizontal crop for the website and in square and vertical crops for social media; in a product shoot a version with a cleaned background is also part of the set. For video, the main edit, a short vertical version for social media and a subtitled version for silent viewing are prepared.

Raw material is kept but is not part of the standard delivery — if a different crop is needed later, it is produced from the same shoot without reshooting. Files are named according to the page and the posting plan, so that the social media team or the site editor can find them without searching.

The shooting day follows the shot list agreed in the brief: which product, which angle, which background. Because the list is written in advance, improvisation on the day is kept to a minimum and no time is lost. The delivery time for the material is stated in the brief and depends on the scale of the project.
