Three languages, four services
Regency Consulting and Tax Solutions was established in March 2020. It operates in four areas: accounting and tax records, HR administration, legal services and other services.
For a company like this, the website's job is to explain, not describe. A business owner often arrives with a specific question — a declaration, an employment contract, an inspection — and should find the answer within one or two clicks. Everything must also work in three languages: Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
What we did
Four services, four pages
Accounting and tax records, HR administration, legal services, and other services each have their own page. Each page lists what that area covers point by point, rather than settling for a general phrase such as "a full range of services".

Azerbaijani, Russian, and English. The language selector is in the top bar on every page of the website, and the content is complete in all three languages.
The team is visible
Specialists are shown with their names, positions and photos. In consulting, decisions are often made based on trust in a particular person — an anonymous company makes this more difficult.
Client reviews
The home page has a "What do they think of us?" section with real company names. In consulting, a recommendation is the strongest argument.
Careers page
The development stages that a specialist joining the team will go through are clearly set out — candidates know in advance what to expect.
Social media
We also manage the Instagram account. Posts are prepared in two languages — Azerbaijani and Russian — and the account's highlight sections maintain this distinction.
Topics come from the field of activity: declaration deadlines, tax risks and HR documentation. The template is consistent, with the brand colours and logo in the same place in every frame.

What should a consulting firm's site explain?
The service, not the description. A business owner arrives with a specific question — a declaration, an employment contract, an inspection — and must find the answer within a click or two. Hence accounting, HR, legal and other services as four separate pages.
Why is there a team section?
In consulting the work is agreed with a person. A site that never shows who the company is remains, for the client, just a price list — the team section closes the question that comes before the contract.
Do all three languages work equally?
Yes — Azerbaijani, Russian and English. Some of the consulting clients in Baku are foreign companies, so three languages were a structural decision, not a later addition.
