Answering the question with a video
Internal medicine is a broad field: blood pressure, obesity, liver conditions, osteoporosis, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Patient questions are just as varied.
Long text does not work in such cases — people do not read it; they scroll past. That is why the entire account is built around one principle: the heading asks a question, and the doctor answers it in the video.
What we did
The heading is a question, not a slogan
Each post displays a real patient question: "Do people with high blood pressure need to take medication for life?", "Which type of magnesium should be taken in which cases?", "Who should be screened for osteoporosis?" People recognise their own question in the list and stop scrolling.
Unified template
The same typography, the same layout, the same signature block. The posts differ in subject, not appearance — the account looks consistent across the grid.
We also handle the shoot
The videos are filmed in the doctor's work environment. No separate studio is set up: the footage is shot in a real consulting room, which keeps the delivery authentic.
Highlight sections
The Current, Useful, Contact, and Work sections were separated — new visitors can find what they need without scrolling down the account.
Monthly plan
The topics are agreed upon in advance and published in sequence.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the answer given on video rather than in text?
Internal medicine is broad — blood pressure, obesity, liver, osteoporosis, vitamin deficiency. In long text people scroll past. The headline asks the question and the doctor answers it on video; the post finishes on one screen.
How are the headlines chosen?
From patients' real questions: «Do hypertensive patients have to take medication for life?», «Which magnesium should be taken and when?». People recognise their own question in the feed — a slogan does not do that.
What are the highlights for?
Current, Useful, Contact and Work are kept apart. Someone new to the account finds what they need without scrolling the feed — the profile works as a catalogue.
