The new test, explained

Cytotest is not a widely recognised test in the market. When people open the website, they see the name for the first time and their first question is simple: what is it, and do I need it?

That is why the website was not built as a one-page presentation. The sequence of questions became the structure itself: what it is, what its advantages are, when it is used and what people ask most often.

What we did

The structure follows the sequence of questions

"What is Cytotest?", "Its benefits", "Areas of use", "Questions and answers" — the sections are arranged in the order in which these questions arise in people's minds.

A separate Q&A section

Frequently asked questions were gathered in one place so people can find answers without getting in touch.

Blog and media

Articles and talks about the test are kept in separate sections and do not overload the main explanatory pages.

Three languages

Azerbaijani, English and Russian.

Direct to WhatsApp

Anyone with a question can send a message without filling out the form.

Social media

The Instagram account follows the same explanatory approach as the website: what the test is and when it is useful are broken down into short posts.

Someone who sees the short answer in the post can find the detailed explanation in the sections on the website.

Frequently asked questions

How do you build a site for a test nobody has heard of?

As a sequence of questions. People see the name for the first time and their first question is simple: what is this and do I need it? So the structure is not a one-page presentation but a chain — what it is, what its advantage is, when it is used, what people ask most.

Why does the Q&A section stand on its own?

With a food intolerance test the same questions keep coming back. Gathering them in one section makes life easier for both the visitor and search engines — the answer is not hidden deep in a page.

Why is WhatsApp linked directly?

For someone with a short question, filling in a form is an extra step. The direct messaging route is left open so the enquiry does not break off when the question does not fit a form.
